Good Service..

I have a Shiba Inu and he was carrying his right rear leg. We were ready to get his leg operated since we thought that he torn his CCL but Dr. Cook said lets wait and see what with some medication and crate rest can do. A month later Kodiak is better. He is putting more weight on his leg. Dr Cook came recommended from another vet and I can tell you that his cost for the visit was cheaper than the other surgeon we first first visted. Like $50 cheaper on the consultation cost. Take the time to educate yourself about your dogs issues and learn all your option.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PRACTICE

Very unhappy with the level of animal care provided at this animal clinic. It seemed that they were more interested in selling vaccinations and preventative medicines (tick, heartworm etc.) than providing medical care. I had to take my dog to a new practice located in Geneva,IL to get an acceptable level of knowledge and care. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PRACTICE and the level in which they provided standard animal care. Additionally, the cost for both basic veterinary care and surgical care was substantially higher than other practices in the area. I unfortunately learned after this experience that many of my neighbors with pets had already known to stay away from this practice.
