I have been dealing with Z-Best for over 10 years now and I just want to say that Tony, Patricia and the rest of the staff are very courteous, respectful and go out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied. Mackie in the service dept . is the best. I would recommend Z-Best to everyone. Dave Zimdars

Excellent! These folks are great. They are prompt in helping you. They know their business and their products. They are friendly and don't mind answering your questions. They will help you find what your looking for. They will inform you of you options to rent or buy and tell you the details.
The delivery folks are prompt and show up when they say they will. They are also great at setting up your purchase and answering any questions you may have.
Would I buy there again? Definitely, their products are quality.

I recently went into Z best in St Augustine to purchase furniture for my first home. They were very accommodating and Miles went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed and was very knowledgable about the merchandise he was selling me. I really appreciated his honesty when he didn't know an answer to my questions and his willingness to find the answers promptly. I also wanted to bring up the fact that the entire staff was friendly towards my two year old son even though he kept interrupting while we were going over the contract. Most places and people seem annoyed, but the staff didn't seem bothered at all. This is VERY refreshing, and I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend them to anyone that will listen.

I would like to acknowledge the excellent service that I have received at your St. Augustine location. I especially would like to say how much we have appreciated the excellent customer service we have received from the store manager, Miles. He is very knowledgable, professional and courteous. The sound on my 3 year old Samsung HD TV all of a sudden died. I called Z-Best and instead of immediately setting up an appointment quizzed me on what worked and stayed on the line while I tried my DVD etc. Macky suggested I first try to reboot my cable...if that didn't work, they'll set up an appointment. Well....it did work, and I appreciated the assistance. Z-Best took the time to assist and evaluate, without a house call...if they will do that, then I would trust them on repair suggestions in the future. By the way...that was the first time I called, but it will not be my last. Bill Cassidy St. Augustine

Z-Best rentals have used, damaged goods that you pay twice as much for. They are a scam and after paying on time monthly and being told we had one more payment of 120. When we went in the office to pay they then said 500. We showed them all payments and were told that they did not have ANY record for the payments (even though we showed them their receipts they printed out for us adding up to the complete total on the contract.They still told us we had to pay 500 more dollars. They then started calling our references, visiting our home,calling our jobs and calling us to get the money while the account was current. We told them we were not paying anymore on the items because they are paid off and at one point they agreed to this.They then squeezed an extra payment from us to close the account, just to send us threatening letters and trying to scare us out of more money (or go to court) I will never again rent from or recommend them.They are horrible cheap stalkers. 1 star, cant do zero!!
