Very professional and informative. Had appt today and from Security Guard to a Mr Murray, everyone seemed very well trained and knowledgeable about their position there. I was proud of Saint Augustine SS Ofc since we live here :)

I went to this office on monday.We were met at the door by a wonderful security guard.He was very respectful and helpful.He guided us through the process and let us know when our number came up.I was then helped by a wonderful worker who answered my every question. My issues were resolved and I will be going back there if I have anything I need to take care of.I am rating this experience a 5 for excellence,well done.
