New manager! Great service! The manager Alicia has really turned this location around!!!!

Great food, awesome service!

Asked for a booth and as we were headed in that direction with the host a skinny pony tail waiter rudely with a cut throat hand signal said no right in front of the host.Then they wanted to sit us by the bar.I said no I wanted peace and quiet.This is the last time Im ever going to applebees.

My Husband and I go here to eat often! We always ask for Tiffany and she takes great care of us!! Always enjoy and never have a problem!!

excellent employees. greeted twice warmly within 10'ft.of the door. my server Jesse did a fine job. the quesadilla hamburger was ok. Why can't places like this have fresh jalapenos???? I hate canned/pickled jalapenos. The chocolate chip cookie/ice cream was pretty bland.

Flat out terrible waste of time. I went on April 15. My medium steak was well done. Service wasn't terrible since my hostess had 2 tables and was eating her own dinner. Tipped 15% because I didn't think the meal was worth it. She increased that to $10 on her own. Notified the restaurant and said it was easy to see with all of her other patrons tipping $10 how mine got mixed up. They reimbursed the difference but I still have to tip the thief 15%. Very poorly handled at restaurant, owner and corporate levels. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this site to anybody - EVER.

this has got to be the friendliest and quickest applebees i've been to! last time i went to an applebees was about 4 years ago in texarkana...it was ok, better than it had been before, but definitely not great. last night in saginaw we were seated rapidly at a clean table, waited on promptly by the very outgoing and helpful GARRETH (do not know if i spelled his name correctly), and had our food as quick as humanly possible. it was all cooked and prepared properly, looked and tasted good. garreth and all the rest of the crew we encountered consistenly greeted us with smiles and friendly small-talk.

We were excited to try the new location until we arrived. After almost getting ran over in the CRAMPED isles and having tea poured all over the table by the waitress we finally got our "food". What you see on the menu is not what you get. The kids would have been happier and fuller with happy meals. The best part of the burnt yet greasy sliders dinner was the over-peppered fries and nobody could determine what exactly the ravioli was covered in, just seemingly grey goop. The only positive was that the obviously teenage wait-staff was trying to do the best. So if you love watching tv and not caring how much you spend on crap you put down your throat, by all means go ahead and give it a shot. If not, go somewhere else, you'll actually save some cash and get a great meal too.

Best service ever! Friendly staff.... the curbside girls were very prompt, the food was still hot and tasted great! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

This applebees is by far the best. Great managers and wonderful service. The food is great, and it comes promply. My waitress was Haley she was amazing. I will most definately go back there. Be sure to ask for Haley I know I will. You will not be disappointed.
