I stopped smoking after a 2 to 2-1/2 pack a day habit for many, many years. I decided in my mind when I wanted to quit, then made the appointment with Ms. Siples. It has now been over 5 months for me, smoke free, and I am so happy I tried hypnosis. It works!

I began seeing Jackie a year ago for migraine headaches and insomnia. I had migraines since the age of 18. I am now 65. In 2 sessions with Jackie, I was liberated from the migraines that had governed my life for 47 years! I was amazed and grateful to Jackie beyond words!! We then began work on the insomnia. I was addicted to Ambien a few years ago and was on the road to becoming addicted to them again. Once again with Jackie's expertise, the insomnia became a thing of the past. I have not taken an Ambien for 4 months! In addition to Jackie's amazing knowledge and expertise, she is warm, kind and compassionate. Jackie guided me out of two horrible medical issues and the stress they caused me, into a calm, peaceful state of mind, heart and soul. I would highly recommend Jackie to anyone looking for a GREAT hypnotherapist.

After suffering for months of severe anxiety and panick attacks, which were so bad that they landed me in the hospital 3 times, I lost count at how many ER visist, I finnaly decided to be proactive and give Jackie Siples at Achieve Awareness a call to see if she could help me. My 1st visit with her was on Good Friday 2010. And what a difference she has made in my life. My panick and anxiety attacks are gone. I was never addicted to a cigarettes but after a few years I became a heavy smoker. I have never thought I could quit smoking and get rid of this bad, stinky habbit - I've smoked for about 10 years and now, thanks to Jackie and her wonderful work, I am smoke free person. I feel so relieved that I don't have to depand on cigarettes every day anymore. I just feel cleaner, fresher and I have more money in my pocket! THANK YOU JACKIE!!! IT'S SUCH A BLESSING! I'd definitely reccomend you to people who are trying to achieve goals in their live !

I HIGHLY recommend Jackie Siples at Achieve Awareness for any type of issue you may have. She turned my crowd phobic, introverted 15 year old son into a confident, independent, outgoing young man. She is kind, knowledgable and makes you feel comfortable immediately. She has been a blessing not only to my son, but to my entire family. Thanks to Jackie, I worry alot less about my son and that takes a huge burden off my shoulders as a parent! If I could give Jackie 110 stars, I would! Thank you for giving us our lives back, Jackie!
