This store used to be a lot bigger and have more selection. I'm not sure if they're under new ownership or what. They still have a really good selection of seed beads in all sizes and colors.

The store has a nice selection of chinese crystals, but not a good selection of swarovski crystals. I had a hard time getting a hold of staff to help me with the bead case, and some of their items are arranged in a manner that is difficult to get what you need from a tangled bundle. Most of their prices were great, but some of the findings could have been priced at much more affordable rates. I will go back, but I think there are better places to find findings.

U Bead It has some great beads and their prices are fairly competitive, although their metals are very overpriced. The quality is good, not great. However, I have to agree with the other reviewers...their customer service is very poor. The cashiers are just barely polite and they will avoid making eye contact when you want to see something in the case. Met the owner or manager once and she was the same, so I guess she doesn't see what the customers see. I prefer going to other bead stores with a friendlier attitude and customer-friendly prices.

It is quite apparent that you have not ventured out of the area much to see what other places have to offer. The selection may be adequate in some selections, however you had better know what you are looking for and not have to rely on staff to assist you. I enjoy a pleasurable shopping experience with experienced and knowledgeable staff, not just a pretty display.

Glass and Cristal selection are great and resonably priced... they have alot of import items and hand crafted items while these item are exspensive they are wonderful pieces and fairly priced compared to other bead stores in the area. they have a large semi-precious selection and all is very moderatly priced..
