Have had not great service here last year. Went in for an overnight procedure and was glad to leave quickly.

I was a patient on 3/10-3/11/15. I had a very nice experience from the busy pre-op area, surgery, and my room (325A?). My roommate left shortly after I inhabited her space, so I ended up with a private room. My pre-op nurse (not sure-Sandra?) was very nice and I never bruised from my IV !!!! My night nurse, Kristine was wonderful followed by my day nurse, Angela who was great. I work at one the the great Northern CA Hospitals, so I was making comparisons--I just want Sutter Memorial to know they passed with flying colors. Thank you, Joan S.
