I left my Miele vacuum around the corner at Biele's not realizing he didn't repair Oreck vacuums. Biele's told me that Oreck Clean Home Center was around the corner so I took my Oreck there (yes, both vacuums were in need of repair for sucking up some object.). Chinh was outstanding. Cost me $20 to clear it. The same thing cost me $35 around the corner to clear my Miele. I wish I had gone to Chinh first. He took the time to explain everything that he did and that my wife had also been using the wrong Oreck bags. He offered to accept the incorrect bags in trade for the correct ones. I just found my new vacuum repair location. I only wish I had brought my Miele cannister here as well.

My vacuum didn't work anymore and i goggled up a repair place near my workplace. I was overwhelmed at the service I recieved. The store is neat and clean with many used models but I found out it was an Oreck Store. He said, here take this for 30 days and I'll see if I can fix yours. I went in a week later & my motor was cooked. We love our used Oreck (it's so light! & it goes under the chairs and beds so easy. Anyway, go visit this cool location on arden way across from post office between fulton & watt.l
