Very disappointed.......long story short. they made a mistake on my order (ordered cold drink, gave me a hot drink).....blah blah blah.....didn't get my cold drink.....$2900 damage of my van (hit a curb). the manager refused to come out to deal with the accident. other customer intervened. 911 call. cop refused to give a report said it is a civil matter ( I wonder if I hit their front door, will cop give out accident report) ...at the end .they refused to serve me when I tried to pick up my cold drink....I WANT MY MONEY BACK. they gave me back my money. employee don't speak English in front me....mean, rude, they refused to give out their insurance info/owner info but I gave them mine....oh well....TBD for law suit result....
McDonald was my #1 fast food restaurant and NOW no more McDonald food are going into my stomach

PS: this McDonald is not my neighborhood McDonald....so out of town visitor beware
