This is the second very positive review I am giving the Goodman Manufacturing Distribution company on 10th street in Sacramento, CA. They just continue to impress me with their responsiveness and flexibility. The first time had to do with the manager, John Kocinski, staying well past closing time to accomodate my hours late arrival to pick up a furnace. This time the kudos are for the timely help I got from John and also Corey Hearne for a warranty claim on a gas valve. The gas valve was needed to be shipped the very day the problem was found and Corey accommodated that with their no-hassle service. John topped off the timely service by personally delivering the package to a UPS Store, as the UPS pickup at the goodman facility had happened earlier.

I got a 2-day shipment and was able to replace the part and get the furnace operational in time for the customer. That would not have happened without John and Corey's helpful attitudes.

In general, they have been very helpful in handling my product needs, information needs, and being flexible on terms.

I'm not their biggest customer by any measure, but they make me feel like one.
