Once I got to the front of the line, the customer service was superb!

What can I say? Gamestop never had reason for existing, nor will it ever achieve popularity from gamers such as myself. Their inventory includes a few games, but the workers are not trained to get customers out the door. I swear, it took forever for me to purchase a Wii Remote add-on. The line consisted of me and 2 other people, and it took 38 minutes to finish the transaction. It's not the workers' fault, it's Gamestop Inc.'s lame excuse for their lack of training programs. With Amazon and Best Electronics on the web, I don't see a point. Was Gamestop Inc. inclined to this mishap, or did they go paralyzed with Amnesia? How could they expect this disorganization to go towards success in this time? The economy may be bad, but it's STILL an economy dudes. Improve your mess, then maaaaaybe someone will deal with you.
