I purchased a Kenmore washer and dryer set from Jason. Customer service is top notch, and the options seemed endless. Sam delivered the set, and he was very knowledgeable. They forgot the dryer hose that I purchased, and it was delivered to me within a few days.

I needed to buy a washer, dryer and fridge and Appliance Warehouse did me right. The prices was great and delivery was cheap. All of my appliances work great and I am a happy camper����

I had selected three stoves, two dishwashers two washing machines and two dryers to purchase for my rental homes.
They refused to move the appliances into my house because there are four steps to reach my front porch and they will only deliver if there are three steps or less to get into the house.
I offered to pay extra but they said I would have to take that up with their delivery guy.
So they killed a three thousand dollar+ transaction over one too many porch steps.
I couldn't believe their "take it or leave it" attitude. Naturally, I decided to leave it and I spent my money at Second Cycle Appliance in Rocklin.

We purchased a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. Everything is clean and works. Excellent prices, excellent customer service, and we got the brands that we wanted! Thank you Appliance Warehouse!!

We visited Appliance Warehouse to look for an electric clothes dryer and were greeted by friendly faces and shown our many options. Decisions, decisions! Michelle was patient with us and answered all of our questions without trying to up-sell us on anything. Ultimately we purchased a matching set for less than a new clothes dryer alone would cost. We are confident in our purchase and know that Appliance Warehouse will follow up on their warranty(s) as well as answer any question that may arise. They have a lot of very nice appliances at reasonable prices. We did not make a purchase, because I had to stop an employee in order to get some help and she took me to their back lot where my disabled mother could not go, then the employee got a call and left me to decide on the appliance I wanted but she never came back. I went back in were my mother was sitting to tell her what I found (it was for her) she agreed that it was a good choice so we went to look for the employee and found her looking at her cell phone. I assume that since I asked for an inexpensive item it was not worth her time.

Pretty good selection of refurbished refrigerators, washers, and dryers. The pricing has krept up over the past couple of years, but most items are still a good value.

We went to the Appliance Warehouse a long time ago and bought a house full of appliances, then moved and left our stuff with the house,so we needed to buy again, we got another great deal and dealt with the same girl from the 1st time we bought, had to say thanks ! !
