VIDEO UNLIMITED....WARNING!!!!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this Videographer. I am from NJ and dont have much access to VT vendors for my wedding. I called Video Unlimited on a recommendation from another Videographer 4 months before my wedding. VU was not booked for that day and so I asked him to please reserve the date of my wedding to video and please do not book over us. I told him that I was only looking to him and was not going to do any research on any other vendors. He agreed and said he would send the contract and a DVD for me to review with my Fiance. It took him a few days to put the DVD in the mail, me a few days to receive it and then a couple more to review the contract write the check and send it out. This whole process was 2 weeks tops. A few weeks later, I received a letter in the mail with my original deposit check and a letter saying that VU had received a contract and deposit from another bride. I received no phone call to confirm that I was sending my check and received no phone call to tell me that my day was booked over. Now it is 68 days until my wedding and I have no Videographer. I hope you other brides reading this do not use this Videographer. He is definitely cheaper than other Videographers but you deserve someone that actually cares about you on your day and not just someone looking to make a buck.
