Thank you for your care in helping our customer. Your staff went out of their way to make a very quick delivery as the receipient was in the process of dying. Thanks to your quick professionalism, the flowers arrived and the receipient was able to see the gift from her friend. Thank you for your care and professional attitude.

I ordered from the website (to be delivered locally) and then called the store to have my payment processed. The employee became frustrated with me when I asked for confirmation that what I ordered on the website was comparable to what I was actually getting... she just said 'it would be nice'. When I questioned if 'nice' meant a similar size, color and content. The employee replied, "Look, we have 300 orders for Valentine's day, 5 phone lines ringing, if you're going to be THAT picky . . . ." I politely said, "Thank you very much, I'll just call another florist". The employee immediately hung-up in my face. Now, if businesses are offering me free services or products, then you can send what you want. However, if I am buying a visual image on a website, although I realize that it may not be EXACTLY what I am seeing (there is a substitution clause), I do expect it to be of equal value and quality. Most florists are busy during Valentine's Day -- quality service is necessary!
