I had 3 telephone calls and one in-person contact with Brian of United Forestry Services in the fall of 2011. I like to give credit where credit is due, so here is something good I can say: He seems to be very knowledgeable about trees, diseases and pests, etc., and the prices he verbally quoted us souded fair. He was also very polite and nice on the phone and in person.

Unfortunately, that's where my "good" comments end. My first phone call was to schedule an appointment for him to look at a couple of trees we were having problems with. He never showed up or called to cancel that appointment.

I called again and was told he lost my name and phone number, so we set up a second appointment. He did show up for this appointment 1.5 hours late, but he did take the time to walk around our entire yard and answer all our questions and inquiries, and provided us with verbal quotes.

My last phone call with him was to schedule an appointment for one of the jobs we discussed to be completed. He never showed up or called regarding that appointment.

So, after TWO "NO-SHOWS" and not even the effort to call and reschedule, it was obvious that he did not want our business, which was a shame because we would have had at least two more (quite large) jobs for his company this spring IF we'd been satisfied with the service on this small job. In the end, it worked out to our benefit because we researched how to remedy the issue on our own and did it ourselves for half the price.

I would STRONGLY DISCOURAGE my friends and family to contact this company for these reasons.
