Always open when I need them nice people

I was ignored for 15 minutes by 2 employees. Neither one even acknowledged my presence while I waited to be assisted. Guess I will stick with the US Postal service from now on!

I had the same thing happen to me with them....UPS will always find a way out of paying for something they damaged of yours.....Most people are liable for damages to other peoples property...even if that person has insurance.....not UPS....they damage it, its your fault for not insuring it against the chance of them damaging it....what a scam!!

I paid to have a laboratory microtome packed and shipped from the UPS Store in Russellville AR...It was destroyed in shipping. It was worth about $600, but they will only pay $100 after about a month and a half of complaining. It was poorly packaged, by them or it would have survived the trip... but the store owner said "sorry, you should have insured it". I assumed if they packed it, they would do a good job and it would arrive undamaged.....not so....



The pack and ship promise is worthless...it just means when your stuff is broken, they wont try to deny the claim based on your inferior packing as they usually do....it does not mean your package will arrive undamaged!!



They lied to me for a month about having the claim forms...but when I called UPS corporate office, they said they sent the forms to the store long ago....The owner just did not want to pay..bottom line...he hoped I would just go away



Don't use the UPS Store in Russellville, AR!!
