I have visited here twice, and both times I've gotten a really nice deal on the amount of chicken I was buying, however, they sell raw breaded chicken mixed with precooked chicken without it being labeled as such. The chicken I purchased both times was not labeled as "raw", and the only indicator that it is raw was the illegible handling instructions on the plastic bag (which was worn away before I bought the bag) and one item being labeled as "Ready to cook", meaning that it is fully precooked. Because the chicken was not labeled as "raw", I cooked it in the deep fryer and took a bite, only to realize that it was still raw in the center.



When I returned to ask questions about the chicken, the cashier let me talk to her boss (she didn't specify if he was the manager or owner). As I was asking questions and stating my concerns, they were condescending and defensive towards me. I asked about the state of the chicken, and the answer I got was "If there is any precooked chicken in the bags, then Tyson mixed it with the raw, otherwise, I don't know. Most people cook it in the oven and seem to have a little more success, but I've never cooked any of this chicken before so I don't know." Basically, he doesn't know the product that he is selling.



If you purchase their chicken, USE THE OVEN to cook it, not the deep fryer. Also be sure to check the center of every everything, because some could be fully cooked while others are still raw even though they are the same size. The deep fryer will fully prepare any precooked pieces in the bag, but will not cook the center of any raw pieces.
