Sometimes good,sometimes very bad meat wise. Especially steaks n roast. Very tender or very tough. Prices 20 to 30 % higher from Jville or Macomb

The store director is a misogynistic jerk. Have a customer complaint? Well unless you're his caliber of a person or willing to get on your knees... good luck resolving your issue. He'll smile in your face and tell the employees he would have treated you the same. Horrible management. Great employees.

I am giving this store one star because for the past several yrs I have bought ice cream that has softened & been refroze more times then I can count! It is grity & sticky & I will never buy ice cream here again. I also find that the shelves are not stocked properly. The old date food is in the back, while the fresh dates are in front. The bananas are always bruised on the back where they have been thrown down. The store needs to do some major training to the employees. The ice cream is the worst! I have been in the store many times & have seen many big racks full of ice cream sitting in the isle & nobody around. When the ice cream is brought from the truck or storage freezer, it needs to be put in the display freezer right away. Refroze ice cream is awful! We will be buying our ice cream & other frozen foods (it could be refroze also?) at HyVee from now on. Sorry guys, the nice new additon doesn`t make up for nasty ice cream!
