Terrible customer service. I had a coupon for two medium 1 topping pizza's for $10.99. I asked for Chicken on one of them. Rumford Pizza said said ok no problem, it will be ready in 15 minutes. I went to pick it up and they charged me an extra 3 dollars. He said the person who took the order did not know this was a premium topping and that I would have to pay extra. I told him that I would not have ordered it if I could not use the coupon. He said rudley, I owed him three more dollars.



Why do I have to pay for Rumford Pizza's ignorant mistake? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. For the last 6 months, I have been telling everyone I know the story. For $3 dollars they have lost a lot of business since I live and work in Rumford

I eat there all the time. My favorites are the buffalo pizza, the greek pizza, the steak and cheese calzone and the grilled chicken salad.
