They are terrible. Long story short, do your own research. No one here knows anything about the cars. All they are interested giving as little as possible for your trade and charging as much as possible for the car they are selling. Two year old used car for $1000 less than the sticker on a new comparable car of the same model, but they low-ball the offer on any trade. My advice is steer clear.

The entire team I worked with were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They respected my privacy in not wanting to be inundated with calls as to when I would make my decision. When I did need additional information they were very prompt in responding. Overall a very enjoyable car-buying experience.

This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Fred Whitehawk. I wouldn't go to anyone else. He is honest, straight-forward and he doesn't push. He takes all the time I need to test drive, answer questions, change my mind, and make the deal. I love that Fred has been in the business of selling Toyotas for 25 years. He really knows his product! I highly recommend Fred if you are looking for a Toyota.

Everyone was professional, friendly and the visit lasted less than 45 minutes. I initially went there due to having the maintenance required light on my dashboard, but everything is working perfectly now!

I could not be happier with the ease and convenience of Toyota scheduled maintenance. I drove in, dropped my vehicle in the drive-through service center, and my 5,000 mile service was done within an hour...for FREE! As a long-time BMW owner, it is an amazing feeling to be able to take my car to a dealership without emptying my wallet. Thanks Toyota!

this place sucks & everyone who works there is a rooster-fish, I would've loved to use negative stars but they are not an option here... HORRIBLE
