Daughterwas in accident during snow storm and to have car towed home they said no. Evidently they are in cahouts with Limerick police dept. she went to pick up early the next morning and was charged $415. to have towed to facility and then another $106 to be towed home. $521.00 to tow a car a total of 5 miles one way and 9 miles another way talk about being theives. Pray you never have to be towed in Limerick Pa, you will be robbed.

I got into a decently bad accident on the highway after a snow storm. Superior Towing came in and got my car...and the state trooper car that I hit (D'oh!).

Since the accident i have called Superior Towing twice, once to make sure my care was there and again to give authorization to release my car to my insurance company. Each time I've called they've answered promptly and had the information I needed quickly.

The same man answered the phone both times and he was very pleasant and actually fun to talk to.

I see the bad reviews on here for towing to there lot. Well I have never been towed for parking illegal but have been towed twice for my lovely BMW giving me problems. I have had nothing but a good experience with superior. They show up promptly are very very friendly and make sure I Have a ride Home. Not to mention every time a truck has come they seem like brand new equipment which is nice. So I guess my point being don't give them hell if you don't want it back because they are genuine people.

If I could give zero stars I would. This shop is not to be trusted. They charged my mother for 3 days storage even though her vehicle was on their lot for 46 hours. They charged her top rate for cleanup and tow when she was only involved in a minor accident. They would not let her retrieve her belongings in her car until she did "paperwork" with them and paid her bill. They would not take a credit card or check, they would only take debit. They talked her out of her title while she was there, so my mother walked away paying $390 and could not even count on the money she was hoping to get for junking the car. I'm pretty sure a few laws were broken here.

These people are not very nice and they are a rip-off!!!! Our car was towed there and the driver, employed by them, told us it would cost $150.00 to get the car out of tow. When we got there the price went up to $230.00-$150.00 for the tow, $55.00 for storage and $25.00 administrative fee. The car was on the lot for a little over an hour so I told the owner that the driver quoted $150.00 to get the car back. He said the driver doesn't know the prices. I asked him if the price could be pro-rated since the $55.00 was the day rate and the car was only there a little over an hour. He said no because he had bills to pay and employees to pay. I asked him could he at least waive the admin fee, no again. He then told me that he had a contract with the police!!! This place is a major RIP-OFF and if you ever are unlucky enough to get towed there, good luck finding the place!!! Very rude and will not work with you, at least they wouldn't work with us!!!!
