Make an appointment or wait hours. Staff has a bad attitude complaining their is only two of them. I waited for 2 hours and when I asked how much longer, I was told 4 people were still ahead of me. When I asked what time frame that might be, I was told no idea, there are just 2 of us. If you can't wait then cross off your name. What terrible customer service. Will never come here again. I had to give 1 star to submit this review, but they deserve 0

Asked the nurse to use a baby needle to draw blood and the nurse said they use small needles and she denied my request. She poked around brutally which was very painful and collapsed the vein. After failing, she then took my advice, used a baby needle in the other arm and it was done in seconds. My arm is 7 inches of black and blue very painful making it difficult to write and feels like a golf ball. Tried to call a mgr but there is no phone numbers only automated and its no surprise. Never had this experience and Never again will I go to any Labcorp!!!
