My dogs view of the owner and staff there are 5 bones. He comes out like new. Wouldn't put old collar on him cause they said it smells bad. Washed it, they both smell and look great . Casper comes out preening.

Tory is the BEST groomer I have encountered in West Palm Beach. I have followed her from when she was located in Royal Palm Beach and to other shops bc I won't let anyone else groom my dogs. She is located in Royal Palm Beach again and I couldn't be happier. She uses scissors to cut my 2 dogs, a Maltese and ShihTzu. Everyone else just shaves dogs with clippers, but Tory is the only one who is an expert at utilizing scissors. She does EXACTLY what you ask her to do and her skills are just awesome. Ashley, her assistant, is just as skilled. The 2 of them love dogs and it is evident in their work. I will never use anyone else. They are the best!!!!
