State Farm is a terrible insurance company. You're only a policy number to them. After 15 years of being a loyal customer. My home was robbed, my car keys and car was stolen. The person who's over my claim never answers his line, and I have to call constantly 2-3 times a day to speak to different claim representatives to get an understanding of what's going on. Not only that, I was also asked to email pictures of my car before it was stolen. I felt Harassed and violated. Why would I have pictures of before my car was stolen? I didn't know some low life was going to break in my home and take my possession. Its not fair that State Farm get to take advantage of people that has no knowledge about car insurance policy. I would also like to know where on the policy it states that i will have to provide pictures? I don't want anyone going through the same thing I'm going through so Please be AWARE STAY AWAY FROM STATE FARM!!!
