These folks are wonderful! When my beloved little Pomeranian Fletcher died unexpectedly, it broke my heart. I was uncomfortable with the provider the vet used because they had to take him so far away and wait so long. I called these folks and they were really kind to me. The owner even went in his Mercedes to pick my little boy up, even though they didn't service that vet! They took care of everything and helped me selected a lovely little wooden urn for my baby. Fletcher was nearby (they even told me I could come and look over the process if I wanted - I didn't), and I got him back in just a couple of days instead of 2-3 weeks. I will use them again when any of my babies passes away in the future!

I'm surprised no one else has posted a negative review. I am so angry at Monterey Bay Loved Pet. They charged $95 for a memorial keepsake with our pet's name and paw print on it. When we opened it, my daughter burst into tears and cried for ten minutes. For $95 we should have received something attractive, that would bring comfort to a grieving child. Instead we got a plaster insult that broke her heart all over again. It is ugly, and the paw prints aren't even clear.
