I have been a client of Palazzolo for 5+ years. I make my appointment with a specific hair/color stylist and am always very pleased with the results. With the same haircut, she will show me how to "blow out" my hair in a different syle for a new look. Sometimes I do have to wait but it is never long. Prices are high, but I am always pleased until my next highlight and cut. I tried 3 different stylists at Palazzolo before finding the "right" one for me. It did not bother me to switch to another stylist (knowing that I could hurt the persons feelings) because it's my hair and my money and I have certain expectations. Once while making an appointment, the receptionist was rude, but I waited a few hours, called agian, and asked for the owner and told him my complaint. Since then everything has been great.
