Called them on Tuesday when the pipes burst. Was told about how many homes were before mine. Called back Thursday, no one would answer the phone. Called back Friday and was told it would be next week some time and to call someone else if we wanted to. Are you kidding me! The woman that answers the phone is worth the call. Record that one, you'll want to use it as a training tool (how not to field calls)!!
