Most unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and unethical business person we have ever had the displeasure of using. This business owner gets a kick out of talking down to people and not doing quality work so that he can come back again to make more money off of you!

Instead of piping a hot water heater 3 feet away to the outside line, he went straight down to the crawlspace. When the 2 year old, twice replaced hot water heater started leaking again, it was not the easiest thing to clean up or fix.

The worst part of it all, he did this to my mother, who is the sweetest, but older widowed lady who is on a very limited income! He should be ashamed of himself talking to her like that & taking advantage of her!

Do yourself a favor: if you are looking for a plumber, go anywhere but here!
