Protect America was a pleasure to work with and I love my new home security system. I called the number on the website and spoke to a nice young man who helped me understand my needs. He walked me through all the stuff about how many windows and doors I had and even showed me how I can be safer by getting monitored smoke detector so if there is a fire while I am traveling the fire department with be alerted possibly even before it was too late. Anyway, I got they systems, it was easy to install with the help with the phone tech and I an supper happy. Oh I forgot the best part I did not have to pay any equipment costs. Nothing $0...! They just charged me for the monitoring cost witch was lower than ADT. So I'm happy!

Horrible company...poor customer service. Just want to make a buck. Look up complaints for Protect America on web....DO NOT CHOOSE PROTECT AMERICA...I will cost you in the long run.

I thought I was going to have to spend over $500 with ADT but I was able to get the exact same thing from Protect America for free. The only thing I had to pay for was the monthly monitoring service and that is lower than ADT. The best part is that I got GE equipment that I know I can trust.
