My wife and I have been renting from this location for the last year for both business and personal use. They have always shown a profession level service every time we have come in since the first time. They have always gone the extra mile making sure that each visit is as good as the first time we rented from them. Be respectful of them and they will make you feel like you are a part of their family when renting with them.

This was a horrible experience. I didn't provide a credit card only a debit card with plenty of money in my account. Had to provide utility bills and references and they needed three employees to point at the computer. Finally they produced a filthy car that they allowed me to rent.

The worst experience I have ever had. The staff is difficult, and do not even know the meaning of customer service. I have complained to the CEO via email and only had the branch manager call me back. He was the reason I escalated. Yea, I am done with enterprise.

Considering that I rent from Enterprise on a regular basis for work and personal, my wife had the worst experience with the last rental from the Round Rock branch upon returning the car. Upon the return/inspection stage, we had the resident stormtrooper do the check-in and she was not very pleasant in any which way and seemed to be questioning everything my wife was doing for return (not our first rodeo). An issue came up with some transfer dog hair inside the car and we were accused of having a dog in the car and charged for it. Considering it was busy, I did not want to stand around and argue the issue and hold others back from their business but will look at other options (National/other branch) for next upcoming long term rental. My wife was pretty mad the rest of the day after leaving this branch and passed it on to all her friends/family.

I used to rent from Enterprise all the time but then I started to get the leftover rentals so I went to Budget/Avis.This day I had an emergency and could not do Budget so I went to Enterprise in Round Rock. They rented me a Hyundai and I drove away. The car had a problem accelerating and then had a problem with the braking. I was willing to live with a "less than" car since I was having an emergency. Then I run by my home to get my papers and run back out to the car. The key will not turn. I am frantic outside trying to jiggle a steering wheel that has no play. After about 20-30 minutes I feel I need to call Enterprise when the key turns .I run my errand and take the car back for a replacement. When I tell the clerk that the car has issues, she informs me that they will send the car to Firestone. As I am leaving they instead take the car to wash to return to the rental available lot. The man who takes the car tells me that he was told to wash it, not to take it to Firestone. He also could not turn the key and the rental clerk tells him to "jiggle" the steering wheel to make the key turn. Since they seem to know of these issues, why was the car not "Fixed"? Why was it rented to some unsuspecting customer? I go to the replacement and find that it was not cleaned. There is dog hair in the back section as it was not washed or vacuumed. I drive away and the lights are on signalling an issue. I drive it back to Enterprise. They take it and add air to the tires. I drive away and get 4 miles when the tire lights come back on. I call and inform them the lights are back on and am told by some man that I am free to take the rental to any Firestone. I inform him that I am not an Enterprise employee and will not be doing that. He wants to know what I want. I ask that they bring another car to me and he says they do not do that. I drive the car back with the lights flashing on and off and then steady on only to have all the lights turn off when I get to Enterprise. I do not accept another car, I get a ride back to the shop where my car is located and I wait for my own car. Life is too short to pay for something that is not ready to be driven. This Enterprise does not have to service their cars if they choose not to, but I cannot trust cars that have acceleration issues, braking issues, flickering lights, keys that do not turn, tires that are not properly inflated. Then to be charged FULL PRICE for something that spent most of the time parked due to issues. Then when I tell the clerk all this when I return the second car, he says he will deduct that days rental cost from the bill. Considering that I only drive that rental from them to around the block back to them and to my home and back, I would think you would credit that day. I inform him of the issues from the previous day and he says that he can approach managers for other concessions if I want to wait. Seriously, jiggling a steering wheel on a 2015 and a rental, is unacceptable. Your lack of care cost me several hours. Well, I can assure you that I will look for another car rental company for future emergencies.

I had a car from them another ...

I had a car from them another insurance company had paid for. I wasn't using the car all that much just wanted to save a little gas. Eventually while my car was being repaired the insurance decided to stop paying for the renal and not let me know. Enterprise did not let me know. They claim to have called me, however I have a phone bill to back up they did not. So had no chance to return the car, and didn't find out until they started emptying my bank account later. I even let them know where the body shop was when I picked up the rental, and are now trying to claim I didn't tell them.

Very shady, dishonest, beware!

This place used to be good, I've used them several times before without incident, but whomever is running it now appears to be very dishonest.

I rented a car from Enterprise...

I rented a car from Enterprise when my car was in a body shop. The body shop recommended they and I have used them lots of times. I was picked and spend 2 hours waiting at the Breaker lane location. I requested to be dropped off at work which they did and was told they to get a car from the Round rock location.

I went to Round Rock location and they had no comparable cars. They I had to upgrade since they only had minivans & Tahoe’s. I got a with an upcharge. When my car was repaired, i dropped it Tahoe off at the Body shop since Enterprise does pick up the vehicles from the location. Two days later i called them about my upcharge fees on the Tahoe. they gave the $$ figure and I told them I will stop by and pay the Bill. A week and half after I dropped off the Vehicle, I went to Round Rock Enterprise office and paid the bill. 3/4 weeks later i received a letter in the mail from Enterprise stating that I returned a damaged Tahoe on the roof. I went to Rock Office and they said that the Letter did not come from them and they had no idea about the damages and told me to call the Breaker lane office. I called the Breaker lane Enterprise office and the said that the vehicle was damaged and they said I should come and talk to the Manager. The Manager Mark Martinez told me to meet him the Round Rock location. I went there and he told that he is sure that i damaged the car and they had fixed it, he even said that it had been inspected before I rented it by a repair service center and I was the only one who rented it. I asked him why they did not tell me earlier when came to the office to pay or when they called me about the upcharge bills, no one mentioned the damages or called me to look at dent or call the body shop where the car was dropped at. he did not care and told me that i should not worry, He advised me to just file the claim with the insurance company and they will pay it. I insisted on being shown proof of damage, But he was just ready to cut the deal offer me a deal. He even offered that if i paid half of the about $800.00 bill he will let the case drop. I told him that the car was not damaged when it was returned since I had checked with the body shop. He insisted that this happens all the time and the insurance company's just pay the damages. I declined to pay for any damages that did not happen and were never shown to me. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and take them to the Round Rock Small Claims Court. i might get a lawyer if need be. We cannot have dishonest a businesses in the community who are cheating and stealing on false claims that never happened. It looks like the insurance companies are being ripped off with the Enterprise Rent A Cars fraudulent claims like this one. I am going to go to local newspaper and see if they can do a write up on issue. May be we have a lot of people being ripped off in the community by Enterprise Rent A Car Company.

Pleas read - will save you $$$

I am being charged for damage to a vehicle that I did not do due to employee negligence and dismissal of my complaint by the supervisory staff.

While doing the initial walk-around, I mentioned the damage to the employee renting the car to me, and he stated that the marks on the left rear door were "chalk marks" and needn't be documented prior to my taking possession of the vehicle. It was early in the morning, rainy and overcast, so there was water on the vehicle, which may have made the damage appaear to be more discreet than it was. Upon returning the vehicle, I was asked if I had been in an accident. I told this employee what was discussed when I rented the vehicle. Because the damage to the vehicle had not been documented when it was mentioned to the first employee, there was no history of the damage to the vehicle and I was accused of doing the damage. This employee stated that there would be "an investigation," which implied, to me, that someone would speak with the employee about the incident and see if he recalls the matter. I was soon mailed a letter stating that the claim had been filed and that they were working on the vehicle - detailed charges to follow as soon as possible. I returned to the store and spoke with a manager, who stated that it was their policy to turn over damage claims to the damage recovery unit immediately. Unfortunately, the previous breach in policy by the lackadaisical employee was what put me in this predicament in the first place, so their policy regarding the reporting of claims was of little interest to me at this point. When I received the bill for the claims, it was itemized as follows:

Damages: $603.00

Administrative fees: $100.00

Loss of use (3.95 days @ $22.75/day): $89.86

Diminishment of value: $60.30

Total: $853.16
