Provided by YP.comAmerican Water in Round Rock installed a new Kinetico Water System on our new home. We had them put a 1 micron filter as well so our entire house has filtered softened water. We have had inexpensive systems (sears) in the past and they were not worth diddly. The Kinetico system is everything the company says it is. When I settled on this company and this system, I sent Email solicitations out to all the water filter companies in the Round Rock, Texas area. I listed the specs on the Kinetico and insisted that all responses be in writing to me. Several companies responded wanting to come by and give me a sales pitch but NONE of them would put their statements in writing explaining how their system was better than the Kinetico system sold by American Water. We have been VERY happy with the service we have received and the system that was installed. You can ask me for more details by writing to [email protected].
