Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. I don't want anyone to go through the same ordeal like I did.

I should say this company is the WORST company I have EVER dealth with. Most unprofessional company(for the lack of a better word).

They were good until I signed the contract and gave them the deposit amount(50%)

This lady (her name is melody or something) initially told me that they will get the village permit and that was also written in the contract. But once I signed th contract and paid the deposit, she says, it is better that I get the permit from the village as they would approve it faster. So I thought what the heck and applied for the permit myself and got it approved in 4 days. I called her gave her the permit# and she said she will give me a schedule for the following week and after that no calls from her.

I called her (God know how many times) and sent many emails to no avail. Once she see my phone#, she never picks up. I tried different # then she picks up and once she comes to know it is me she hangs up the phone.

Finally somehow I got her on the phone and she gave me a schedule for a Thursday and I took a vacation day from work and I am waiting for them to show up. Infact I told her to please inform me if there is a change of schedule or if they cannot show up that day. But nothing, no one showed up, she never called and I lost a vacation day.

Again after many calls I got her on the phone and I gave her earful and told her lets cancel the deal and she had the nerver to tell me that she will have to charge me 25% of the cash contract price for the cancellation. I said it is not my fault that I am cancelling it. Then she told me that she will call me the same evening and give me a schedule for the next week. Guess what? she never did. Now keep in mind this is the the 8th week since I got the permit. Finany I thought I had enough with these people and thought of taking them to court and I left a VM on both her cell phone and the land line listed on their website on what I am going to do and then within 2 hours some guy calls me and leave a VM on my cell phone that they will show up the following Tuesday. At around 2 PM they showup and they started installing the fence.

I had ordered a 6 ft fence with french gothic post.

They already put in the posts in the concrete and the guy from our HOA walks in and asked me if I got a permit, I said ,Yes I got a permit from the village and he said you have to have the permit from the HOA too and also as per the HOA regulation I cannot install a 6 foot fence.

Since this is the first time I am doing something to my house and it never occured to me that I had to get permit from HOA and it is my fault since I did not do my homework on that but atleast when she(Melody) was giving me the quote she could have asked me. She also over charged me $35 for the permit. But I applied and paid for the permit and she said she will refund my money but never did. They are very unprofessional. Please stay away from this company.

I absolutely love my fence. From the very beginning they were all really helpful. I didn't know exactly what style of fence to go with, but they helped me pick a style that looks great with my home. They did everything that was promised and I highly recommend them.

This company will lite to you and not honor its warranty. There were multiple problems with our install which they blamed the town inspector, who I called, lives a block from me, they were not ready. Then they removed my old fence for over a week, stating that they ordered it but the company they ordered from screwed up, I called that company and was informed and faced a copy of the fence order, submitted a day after removing my fence. I called 10 times to have a fence post repaired while under warranty and never received a call back. Do not use this company. To will regret it.

They are smarmy operators. Can not be trusted.
