I have been a customer for about 3 years. Diana grooms my cat and she does an excellent job, especially since he is a very difficult cat and does need to be sedated in order for anyone to groom him. Over the summer, I did have a problem with an appointment and wrote a negative review, because I wished that the owner would have called me, but she did not, and that was really my only problem. I said that I would never go back. Well, since then I have searched the area for a good groomer for my cat, to no avail, so I did go back. The reason I went back is because, in my opinion, Diana is the best. She does an excellent job, she doesn't complaint about the difficulty she faces with my cat, and I just don't think that there is anyone else around that can do as good a job on my cat. Cat groomers are hard to find and although I think the majority of her business may be with dogs, she still happily does my cat, and does him well.

My Grand-Puppy Daisy has been a client of Dog Gone Clean since she was a puppy. We checked out quite a few different groomers before we decided on Dog Gone Clean. It was very important to us that she have a positive experience for her first haircut. We didn't want her to be traumatized, we wanted her to enjoy going to the groomers to get "pretty". The groomers at Dog Gone Clean have always done a GREAT JOB with Daisy and she always looks wonderful! They really take their time and truly care! Daisy's Grandma

Dog Gone Clean has been grooming my babies(4 poodles) for over 10 yrs,and before that groomed my cockers and sheltie. Whenever I have called for an appointment they have bent over backwords to my needs. I recommend Dog Gone Clean in RLH to anyone. My babies always come home happy and Dog Gone Clean. To combat the harsh review of someone who wasn't using their own common sense before posting a public review. I've gotten great service from Dog Gone clean for over 10 years now..They allow walk in's for nail clipping and the staff is always friendly me and with my dogs. They patiently work me in,as well as others standing in the lobby waiting, While the cages full of pets waiting to be groomed.Coupons are negotiated weeks in advance, bought in blocks of mail outs over a set period of time. If they have had great response or are overwhelmed with clients. That should indiciate an enviable service provider.. not one to be avoided... Jealous is what you should be... grateful is what I am.. that you won't be in front of me when I take my pets in.

I received a 15% off coupon in the mail yesterday for new customers via Money Mailer. I called today to inquire about their services and was rather abruptly told that "I am not taking on any new customers"....so I think to myself 'why are you sending out coupons then to new customers??'I was then told to hold onto my coupon and when I need my dogs groomed again to call, and they will see if they can "take me then" The woman on the phone (who I am guessing was the owner, she talked in "I")didn't even offer to take my information and contact me when they have an opening. Needless to say, my coupon is in the trash and I will not be calling them again ever. I would worry about taking my beloved pets to a place where they don't even have common sense.
