I bought my mother a bed room set they delivered the set and assembled it weeks later my mother had told me that the head board was lose so I checked it out come to find out that they never scrwed the head board to the frame so I went to it put together had a difficult time called my son to help me come to find out the bed frame did not match up with the head board so I called rent a center two gentleman look at and looked at each other and said this frame doesn't belong here so he call the supervisor then he came over he had told the make it work! So they struggled and after 40 min.it took 2 guys to put on a bed frame to a head board I later spoke to that supervisor and told so when my mother moves she's going to need to call you guys he replied well if you need help feel free to call 6 month past my mother mover again problems with Frame and head board
So I called rent a center spoke to so called mark the manager told him my story he said he didn't know anything about it and that the supervisor no longer worked and that there was nothing he could do about it so then said I will be calling corperate he said that's fine do what you need to do
Then a said and I'm going to tell people what a scam selling furniture that belongs to other furniture he replied do what you want sir we don't CARE!
So I called corperate the lady was very nice told her my story
She was very disappointed
So for you people in round lk Dont get ripped off go somewhere else were they and buy from people who care not like MARK the rent a center manager SCAMER!!!!!!!!!

I've been doing buisness with this store for years. I have always dealt with very pleasant people who are very helpful. The manager at this store has helped me out financially and is probably one of the best managers I've encountered. Thanks for making it so easy to get what we need!!! MS
