I do not recommend Dr. Schwartz. She was very rude and dismissive of my medical concerns. I went to another doctor for a second opinion and discovered that I had a serious medical issue that needed treatment and monitoring.

Their staffs are not friendly and unwilling to help. They kept asking you to wait and then after couple of questions they would tell you you need to talk to another person and then passed the phone to an answering machine. And they would look for a chance to hangup on you as if they have been waiting for that chance in the entire conversation. Why is that so complicated when at the first place I was inly asking for an appointment with the doctor?

My Doctor was Steven North. He was and still is an amazing doctor. He delivered all 3 of my childeren and he was always there when I had 1 or 1000 questions he answered each and everyone of them. He helped me get thru some very hard decisions that I had to make. His nurse Marie and Maxine are truly the greatest! I can call them and they will help me right away.They are always so nice and always have a huge smile and a great attitude when I go. I highly recommend him to anyone that I know who is Pregnant or just needs their yearly.

I do not recommend this practice based on the performance of the reception and secretarial staff. They are quite unkind and rude. Their appointment system is unacceptable for a professional medical service. They often have answering machines taking calls and quite often they do not call back. It seems that I talk more to a machine than a person. Their bathrooms and facilities are not very clean as well. Too bad that they are one of the few care providers for women in this area, since I do not believe they treat women's concerns and needs respectfully.

I am very happy to say that under Dr. Lowe's care, I felt very comfortable. He and Karen are wonderful people, and treat their patients with the greatest respect, and are very caring.I went through a surgery shortly after meeting DR LOWE and he made me feel like my condition was important to him, I have friends who went to him also , and they agree with me. He is a rare kind of DR> and Roswell is very lucky to have him. I only regret that I had to move last summer, he is no longer my DR. , and I have to find a new one, tough shoes to fill!!!
