When the finance person asked what he could do to get us to sign the deal on the spot - I jokingly said take off another $1000 from the price. The manager decided that he was not happy about this and proceeded to refer to us and our trade in with the four letter S word. He did this outside the office we were in with the door open. When we confronted him, and asked for our trade in keys back so that we could leave he refused and continued to berate us and make financial assumptions on what we can afford.
