The reason my wife loves it is why I hate it.

Dirty and poor service. I guess if you've had "one too many" this could be a good hang out, but the food was gross and there are cigarette burns all over.

We ate at chaplins once and decided never to return. Did you know ketchup can spoil? I didn't until I was served a bottle of rancid ketchup while dining outside at Chaplin's.
