These folks are the real deal...an anomaly really. They are like college educated tradesmen who are clean cut and super efficient. My a/c was hit by lightning and required a replacement according to my regular (I had a service contract) company. The neighbors across the street were also hit and needed the same work done, also with this other contracted company. Even with my discount, my regular company wanted $7,xxx to do the job. I checked around and found Doug Martin at All Brand Service to be very knowledgeable and interested in giving me a second opinion. From the moment I met him, I was instantly impressed with his appearance and demeanor. He explained to me exactly what was wrong and why it happened and gave me a quote (not an estimate) to do the job...for almost $3000 LESS!!! They arrived the next day and had me cool and happy! The job price did not change and their work was meticulous inside and out. My a/c has never worked so well. Thank you Doug, and all the guys at All Brand
