I wish I had read other Google and Yelp reviews before agreeing to clean an RV for this company. After providing the service and requested documentation we were assured the bill would be paid in 30 days. After 30+ days we were told we had not submitted everything but then all of the paperwork was "found" after we re-sent the original email. After 2 1/2 month, multiple calls, and several phone calls we have been given no explanation other than they are waiting for "Tom" (I assume the owner) to sign the check. If you read Google and Yelp reviews you will see several other companies who have experienced not being paid by this company.

We finally got taken care of by able!!! They have been great to work with! My brother and his wife went thru a fire and they were staying at a hotel.. We got our insurance company to hire Able housing and they have done an outstanding job. At first, took some time to get paperwork and permits started, but Steph our coordinator has been very nice and helpful to our family. I am very thankful

Stephanie has just been great.. I have been helping my sister with her temporary housing and it has been a roller coaster experience. We got Able housing to bring in our temporary housing needs and so far our lives have been made so much easier due to this trailer we are living in! There are some things that need repair but other than that we are loving it here! I would recommend able housing to anyone who will be homeless and needs housing without thinking about it! All of our needs have been met and we completely satisfied to be their clients.

Helping someone who is across the country can be very difficult and Able housing has done a great job helping a family out here in CA. Stephanie was the point of contact and most of the work that was coordinated was through her and she couldn't have done a better job. The family is very happy with the services that were provided and I wouldnt mind working with them again.

Worked with Stephanie to get a job done in Bloomingdale, OH and it was great working with such a courteous and professional company like Able!

They asked us to do work for them. I did and they didn't pay. They then asked me to work for them again but hadn't paid for the first job which foolishly did. I believe they are con artists and I know they are liars. We have just hired a collection agency and told our competitors about them but they all laughed because everyone knows they are rip offs and won't work for them.

I recently had worked with Stephanie Serna here in Northern California on a Butte Fire project. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. It is sometimes difficult to work with an organization that is not present locally on a project but this was not the case with Able Housing and Stephanie Serna.

Stephanie’s timing on follow up was perfect. I would give her updates for the site and she would respond immediately with any information that she had. I never felt badgered or pressured by her if we were in a holding pattern due to Utility work, bad weather or cleanup crew delays. Able Housing and Stephanie Serna worked with Gaspers Electric as an effective team to provide the best possible results for the customer.

Able Housing has done very well with keeping me in touch with everything. I don’t know what I’ve done without you! Stephanie really helped me stay informed daily.

I work for a contractor in Michigan and as we all know sometimes working with someone or another company in another state can be difficult. Stephanie Serna has made this job great and has been very easy to contact whether it was by phone or emails. Thanks again for the work.

We recently starting working with Able Housing doing set ups and we are working doing some transporting for them . We were recormended by Bradford RV in Mass . Since working with Valerie and the girls we have nothing but great customer service but more importantly they are not like most companies Net 60 or Net 90 they actually pay in Net 30 days . We will continue to work with Able Housing

I have been moving homes and storing Mobile Homes for Able Housing for over 4 years. I have to since they changed there transporter Payment terms things are looking really good for my company as a contractor . I will continue to work with Valerie at Able Housing

Stacye is honest and a good person. We had some concerns but stacye helped us out and went out of her way to let us know we everything was gonna be fine. Anytime we do business with Able Housing we will only deal with Stacye.

After our recent lost of our home it was great to know that Valerie at Able Housing really made things happen we have a nice home to live in and they made this happen so quickly.
