Just wanted to thank the staff @ Beacon supply for treating me and my family like meaningful customers, not just numbers like lowes. They helped us troubleshoot our OLD furnace, until it was fixed....two weeks later. They took the time with us to find the old manual to look at the furnace we had and gave my husband very great advice on possible problems and how to fix them ( our problem could have been caused by a number of things). In the end they were right. They remembered us each and every phone call, without even giving our names. Great service, advice, everything...Saving our OLD furnace yet another year. Thank you all so very much, from the furnace guys in the back to the nice lady that checked us out, Great place, better than Lowe's..Happy in Naomi!!! Will be back... Hopefully not soon until we put in a new bathroom!!!
