This Motel is the worst Motel I have to spend three weeks in employees are rude management don't want to help nobody and is the baddest motel in the world and I stay in a lot of motels Victoria Inn don't stay at motel in Roseville Michigan

I think that they have poor customer service, the staff is very rude and inconsiderate. I stayed there for a week, it was the worst week i have ever had. They didnt care about any of my concerns about the room, never sent maintanance when they said they would, the staff stays outside smoking and hanging out and act as if your bothering them when you go to the front desk. I was going to stay for two more weeks but I will never return there. Im willing to pay a bit of o higher price for a quality stay where i can be treated as a customer and not a bother.
