AWFUL!!! If I could give all areas Zero stars I would. I can barely find the words to express to all of you how irresponsible and unprofessional this place is. Please do not waste your money, or your time by going to this repair shop. They pay absolutely no attention to their posted business hours. This was not my first visit to The Cobbler Shop, but it will certainly be my last. I have never written a review before but wanted to save others time, money and the aggravation they will endure by using this shop. When I dropped of my item, it was promised to be finished in 4 days. I went back in 4 days, no one was there. As I sat in my car in total disbelief, 5, yes 5 other customers walked up to the door, only to discover that is was locked .No note on the door, not even a voice mail message when I called, nothing! I had no choice but to return 2 days later. I walked in and handed the gal behind the counter my ticket. When I mentioned to her that I had come on Saturday, which is when I was told my item would be ready, she actually said to me “ and no one was here, right,” as if it were a regular occurrence. Now it’s been 6 day, and nothing!!! They hadn’t even touched it yet, no apologies, no explanation, nothing!!! Now after already having to be without my item for 6 days, I need to take it to a different repair shop and be with it out it again all because of the irresponsible behavior of The Cobbler Shop. It had been a while since my last visit to The Cobber Shop, so I thought I would read a few reviews before I went back again.

The same sort of thing was mentioned in a few reviews. I mistakenly chose to give the shop the benefit of the doubt, and I paid the price. PLEASE DO NO DO THE SAME!!!
