Paul was sup come to my place at 7:30 last night.But he did not show. Please let me know when he can come again.At [email protected] PS theirs something wrong with phone system I can't trough.

the best bike repair place there is in southeast michigan. rates and service are unparalleled. keep up the great work!

my bike has been in his shop for a week and nothing has been done to it .. besdes collection dust.. i have a tri-athalon in a few weeks and i need to start training like yesterday!!! he is rude when he answers the phone and donesnt gove you a straight answer when your bike will be finished! i whish the simple part i needed was put on so i could get my bike and start training! is that to mcuh to ask?! i didnt think it was!

Located on the west side of Gratiot road just north of Utica in the middle of other stores, the Bike Depot is easy to miss. Parking on Gratiot can be an issue but lots of extra parking is available in the rear of the store. The store has everything you would expect; lots of bikes, accessories, and a busy service area. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Some prices are higher then other nearby stores but the service and after purchase support provided more then makes up for a few dollars spent up front as Paul will install accessories, perform maintenance, and make adjustments as needed at no extra cost. The charges for repairing bikes not bought at the depot are reasonable and estimates are given before any work is done. The down side to this business is that regular hours are not posted and there is no message when you call after they close. The store is closed on Sunday. I will use this store first for all future bike needs.
