I have been coming here since it opened, but today was horrible. I will say that I got a heavy sparkle shelled. Yes. Sometimes they are thin and come out patchy. But instead of telling me and showing me the woman at 8 Caked it on. To the point that it looked like my square nails were almost oval cause of all the thick shellac. Then I tell them I want it off and it looks horrible during my pedicure and they tell me I have to pay extra. Like are you fucking kidding me it looked horrible. I would be embarrassed if a client walked out with nails like that. So it took the new lady at 7 a half hour to get this caked on shellac off. Yes I checked the time. Finally I choose a matte color. And she puts that on. But there is still some of the original blue sparkle shellac on my nails even after she put the new polish on. There is polish under my nails. Let’s just say I paid way to much to have my nails look terrible. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER SET FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. AND FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE PROOF I WILL BE PUTTING PICTURES IN THE COMMENTS.
