Charles, on the maintenance team, always goes above and beyond. He came today to replace my kitchen lights. The bulbs were different colors and what was needed had been out of inventory. He followed up on his own and replaced the lights today. I didn't even have to follow up. Yet another resaon I love living at Venu at Galleria. The team here truly cares about their residents and their needs. Charles is always competent, efficient and professional...and fun!

Charles in maintenance always comes through to fix any problem we might have, big or small. His love for his career always shinning through. The silver lining of anything breaking in our home is the chance that Charles will come by to fix it and visit with us! Thanks again for everything!

The maintenance staff at venu is absolutely incredible. They are always fast and efficient and fix the issue the first time. Charles in particular always does fantastic job and he is a joy to talk to. I always end up learning something from him.

Charles came out today to fix my window, he found the problem quickly and replaced the springs and another part that was discovered broken. Thank you Charles and the Venu team for being friendly and helpful

Mike just fixed the electrical outlets and hanging towel bar in my unit and did a great job. He’s very friendly, professional, reliable and quick!
