This is where Natalie got her first haircut. They made the experience fun, and made her feel super special. Really cute place!

I take my kids to tangles and my daughter loves to get her hair straightened and braided! They can wash your hair for you or just do a haircut!

This is a great place to bring kids for cuts. Mine love the buckets of toys to play with. They do these awesome braids and ribbons, too! Party ready!

We love going to Tangles. Ask for Carola, she's great with my sons thick hair. $10 cuts on Tuesdays is a great deal!

My son always gets a great cut here especially when Shirron or Brian does it. I like to go on Tuesdays because it's only $10 vs $ 17.50 But be prepared to wait since they don't take reservations on Tuesday's!!

Wonderful place to take your little ones for their first haircuts. Fun setting that makes the kids feel comfortable.

I took my son here once and the hair cut was so bad my brother asked if I cut his hair. I had to have my friend that was in college to become a hair stylist fix it.

They over book , the wait it too long specially when waiting with children. I gave them three tries and it was the same each time. Worst yet they are not kid friendly

They have quite a turnover in employees, so as soon as we would find someone that my daughter liked, they would be gone by our next visit.

Our son is Autistic and he hated getting his hair cut. But at Tangles his experience was fantastic!!! The perfect environment for kids!!

I took my three year old daughter here for her first haircut and it was traumatizing. She cried and was miserable. I assumed it was because it was her first haircut and that is was slightly overwhelming. So we tried again several months later to see if the second time would be better. It was worse and to top it all off they did an AWFUL job cutting her bangs. A mistake that will take lots of time and the use of many hair clips to correct. The customer service is less then desirable. The salon itself is kind of dirty. Allow me to explain...The second time we went an employee (possibly the owner, but not sure) brought her small dog to work with her and it was kept in the back of the salon where it used a piddle pad to do its business. YUCK!!!! Pretty sure that violates some health codes... However, to be fair, I did not know the dog was there until we had to walk by it to use the bathroom, but still...Anyways I found another salon that is kid friendly and most importantly CLEAN. I suggest you do the same and look elsewhere. My daughter actually enjoys getting her haircut at our new salon. YAY! It turns out that it wasn't my child, but rather the salon. My daughters case isn't our only bad experience either. My son went with us the second time and he got stuck with the new girl. The entire time she kept saying how nervous she was and ended up having to have the other lady come to try and correct the damage she had done. Needless to say it took months for his hair to grow out. Simply AWFUL!!!! Mangles...oops, I mean Tangles may flag this as abuse, but its the truth! Believe me, no one wishes we had had a different experience more then I do.
