This family-owned business is so customer oriented! I rarely need to go to a cleaners, but when I do, they remember me by name!

I took my raincoat in to be cleaned and waterproofed. They did a great job on that, but I had asked them to replace a missing button, and they failed to do so. I don't think the clerk understood my request.
