The Sierra Valley Construction, INC has been working on a school parking lot all summer directly behind our home. We have had to bear the sound of concrete being broken and dropped into metal trucks from 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday! As if that isn't bad enough there has been copious amounts of dirt and debris pouring over our fence onto our patio, home, backyard and most frustrating, our pool! Our once beautiful back yard and sparkling pool now looks like a SWAMP and is covered in 1/4 inch of dirt. We spoke to SHAWN LANZA, Sr. project mngr/Estimator and were told it was our negligence that caused our pool and backyard to become this way!! Even though we were told previously by a foreman named Jim that they would fix our pool. We have had a pool professional out, who serviced our pool twice and has told us that due to the constant dirt going into our pool it will have to be drained and refilled. According to Mr. Lanza it is our responsibility and he will not take care of the problem once he found out the cost of the pool service. He was insulting and rude. This is an extremely unprofessional company and I would highly recommend you find someone else for your contract needs.
