Provided by YP.comPaul the owner quoted a price to do a regular maintenance on my Mercedes. He said they could do it and would beat any other bid I had. I agreed to a price and he called me back a 20 minutes later to change the price. We came to another agreement and I brought my car in to them. They supposedly knew how to perform a maintenance service for Mercedes autos. This was not true. They ordered wrong parts. They could not program the computer system or reset the service lights. They screwed up my entire computer system and all of my presets. They didn't know how to do anything.
They changed the price again asking for more money. I would up paying for an oil change and didn't even get my air filter changed.
Their service is terrible and they are incompetent. Do not bring your car to them!
