Husband needed new car...tried out Buick and liked. Tried out Lexus and LOVED for almost the same price! Awesome customer service, never felt pressured, and negotiating was quick and painless!

Salesmen were polite and professional. The device is great and the cars are better than anything produced in America....hate to say.

Visited twice in one day. Not one person came out to help me. I wanted to test drive. I guess they don't want my $60,000!!!!

This review is for SERVICE only. I bring my Lexus IS250 here for service on a regular basis. The service advisors are always nice and prompt. All service that has been completed has been great. They even helped me with a warranty issue that was much appreciated! I definitely recommend this dealer for servicing!

Purchased a used 2014 IS350 F Sport from these guys. Great car for the wife, great service from sales to service. Everyone there knows everything about every Lexus.

You want to be treated like a moron, want to be treated as if you SHOULD be spending your money at this dealership? Then run don't walk to this dealership. From the minute we walked on the lot, we were greeted by mr. NO personality who treated the wife as if she knew nothing, so shut up. He nothing about what he was talking about as far as the car goes. We told him we knew nothing about LEXUS in general, and clearly he knew nothing, because he flat out lied. Mr. Scott no personaility needs to go seek employment somewhere else, if nothing else go to work at a lower end dealership. They lost our business and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to shop at the Roseville Lexus dealership. First impression is everything and unfortanately it stunk!

Charged $280 for 10,000 miles service, which includes only oil change
